I would love to see a 26-8.50-12 tire as well as a 26-10.50-12 , the 26-12-12 are too wide and make it difficult to plow with, besides the lack of traction.

You guys have to remember that it cost alot just to get the common tires size made.As much as I would like to see odd size(26x8.5-12&26-10.5-12) it is just not cost effective. Thanks all for the interest. As more deatils come available I will let you guys know.

If you want a 26x8.50-12 or 26x10.50-12 tire you should go with ATV tires in 26x8-12 or 26x10-12. I actually found really nice 26x10-50-12 atv tires new once (great price and ag style tread) and bought them.

Atv tires flex more = more traction. They are desgned for performance in mud, dirt, snow, and other conditions to encompass All Terrains. you can put tubes in them and fill them, no problem.

Josh, didn't mean to hijack the thread, can't wait to see what your buddy comes up with for GT tires.

I'll be following this one, as I need a new set of ag's for the ford soon.

The "STD. AGRI. TIRE KIT" for the Bolens large Frames had 27 x 8.50 - 15 tires. That's from the one of the Large Frame Parts manuals. There was no mention of the rim width.

Thats It!

QFT! (Quoted for Truth)

I'll put these ATV tires up against ANY "Ag tire" on the market for traction.
