Will a 'jobber" front wheel assembly work for this tractor, or do I need to go OEM?

Or maybe a better question,what's a jobber wheel ?
Oh,maybe it's an after market or generic wheel,would that be right ?

I suppose any wheel that will fit would work. I would avoid bushing bearing wheels though. Any rim of same general size with 3/4" bearings should do fine as long as retaining nut will go on.
