I was on the way to a CC dealer, who used to be a Bolens dealer back in the day, looking for an air filter for CloudBurst IV, and spotted on the side of the road, a Brinly Sleeve hitch plow, with $50.00 on it.

Of course, I stopped to take a look at it. It's rusty, but the colter does spin, and doesn't seem to have been abused.

Now I did get a plow when I bought the tiller for CloudBurst IV, but it's pretty rough compared to the one I just saw....Decisions, decisions.

I mentioned seeing it to the "Minister of Finance", and she asked, "So did you buy a plow?". Sounds like I have her OK at least.

OH, the dealer DID have a NOS air filter for the K482 :D:D:D

It was 18.61 plus tax, which I didn't think was too bad at all.

I would buy it for $50 if it has the coulter. Even if it is rusty you could clean it up and sell it for double what ya paid if you decide not to keep it.

Well, part of the reason is that the bed of the F150 is FULL of plastic pallets.

Found some (13) 48" x 40" plastic pallets that I can put my implements/attachments on, so I can keep them up off of the ground.

They may later become the floor in a Shelter Logic "Instant Garage".

ETA:

Oh, I forgot to mention that the sign said "Don't go to house", and had a phone number to call. I think I'll give them a call in a little bit.

<in best Ray Stevens voice> Yeeaaaah, ah DID.

He won't be available for me to pick it up until after noon tomorrow. Which isn't a bad thing, as that will give me time to off load the pallets.

I be over there so fast, I'd appear only as a streak, as I'm a plow freak! LOL The younger members will have no idea what we're talking about will they!

That is a good price on the plow in our neck of the woods. The only thing that would have scared me is the sign.

(Oh, I forgot to mention that the sign said "Don't go to house", and had a phone number to call. I think I'll give them a call in a little bit.) Congratulations on your latest addition.

Glad you are getting the plow.
I used to have a bookmark for Ray Stevens, lost it when I had problems a bit back.
