Crazy weather in Gaylord , yesterday I was shoveling water out of my back shed from the day of pouring rain and this morning I plowed four inches of new snow and it has snowed three more inches in the last three hours. I have plowed 9 days this month . shedtractora.jpg

Stay Dry Don, hope the weather settles out for you. We got some rain yesterday, but not like that.

Don,
I drove up to Petoskey today and saw several front yards where the ground must be frozen and all the rain just stayed on top and froze. Some of the small ponds were a fifty or so feet wide. Quite unusual looking.

US 131 up by the potato fields was drifted over. One car was rolled over and a couple more, one an Antrim County Sheriffs department car, were in the ditch

Don, I gotta ask why you're drying off the windshield in that pic? Was the water up that high? LOL

Bill, that stretch on 131 by the potato fields can get pretty slippery as the wind polishes it . No the water wasn't quite that high , ha,ha.
