Ok everyone I was wondering how hard is it to take the oil fill tubes out of a kohler k-241. I've got everything but that off the motor. I know you dont have to take it out for maching purpose but I wouldnt mind taking it off so when I go to finish cleaning the block its outta the way. I'm thinkin its probably not worth the time and trouble but never know till you ask. thanks again everyone.

Just my opinion, but you may damage the tube in the removal & re-intallation process. ....I'd leave it in place, and work around it.

Once taken out, they never go back 1/2 as tight & often come loose.
