That picture of the tractor in my front yard was from several years ago. You can see the horizontal lines and different colors showing each different snowfall over the whole winter. I will post new pictures this afternoon and a short video and i'm telling you my front yard has got some snowbanks now after yesterdays fifteen inches, ha,ha.

Here is the latest progress on my cat excavator model. You can see both track frames and pads now built and I just welded the first 40 grousers to the track pads. You can also see both track frames are welded together. One more week the track assembly should be mounted to the main structure.

I'm not done with those small pieces yet, I still have to hand cut another 120 of the grousers pieces , sand each end smooth and weld each one to the track pads and clean each weld , one at a time. This is actually one of the worst parts yet to do . That is why I held off doing the tracks last, ha,ha. This week will be nice to get the tracks all done.
