Well, I am happy to report that the girls did well enough to make the sale. Briley, my oldest, placed ³¹st. and Bailey placed fifty first. There where a hundred and thirty meat pens in the Meat Pen Rabbit Class, so that's not a bad showing for their second year. The top seventy five percent make the sale, last year they didn't make the sale. WooHoo, Dad gets his investment back. Today is sale, have to wait and see if they do well there. Thanks guys for the support...

I am happy to hear your girls did good too! Gongrats to them. Curious about the occasion, is it a local Fair, FFA, 4H Club?? Either way it is great that they have other things to occupy their time than TV, computers, etc.

I clicked on the link, not exactly knowing where I was going. Thought maybe it was a catchy name for a Gentleman's Club or something....

Those bunnies are cute. Thanks for the link. :D

Thanks to all you guys for the kind words, and THANKS TO GOD for his BLESSINGS yesterday.
Briley sold for $1,150.00 and Bailey sold for $550.00, not bad for 31st and 51st place. Both girls will have add-ons that we won't know about for a few days.

The girls were very BLESSED yesterday at the sale.

This is Our County 4-H, FFA fair, with the big stock shows starting in just a couple weeks. Being from Indiana originally, I thought all states had their fairs in the summer, but it would be way to HOT here in TEXAS for that.

Some of the kids sold for $200.00 to 300.00 that placed a lot better, my girls impressed the buyers that they meet at the sale, that's why they did so well.

I am BLESSED with my girls !!

Joey, (my Wife) and I couldn't believe how well the girls did either, we expected 300.00 to maybe 500.00 each.:bounce:
