It's a late 50's reel mower made by the National Mower company. This one was used to cut the greens and tees on a golf course for man many years.
Now the story of how I got it.
I work at a golf course during the summer and we have a lot of old equipment sitting around because its broken or was replaced. It seems that they just never get rid of much and the owner doesn't want to put a ton of money into the place. Anyway I found it in a garage that is now just storage blocked in behind an old golf cart or two and an old Cushman and it had been sitting there for at least 10 years I think. I asked my boss if he wanted to get rid of it and much to my surprise he said I could have it. Luckily for me the gas was drianed out of the card and tank before it was parked. The next day after I got it out I was able ot get it to run and actually drive it around. The tranny has two speeds, fast and oh s@*$ fast lol.
