Somehow, the pics won't open. Theyre a little small for these old eyes to make much out. :D

I'm by no means an expert on Ariens but a little research has me thinking it's an Ariens RM1028 ?

If you have everything to completely put it back together I would keep it, I kinda like the bull-nose look and it appears that 99% of the parts are still available.

I like the unique ones and you have to admit it has a face only a mother could love, and I've heard they cut great also.

Best of luck on it Ron

Cool old Ariens. There is a few similar to that still floating around these parts. Not totally sure on the model number but its definitely the old RM series.

I took the photos with a camera and when I went to download they were real big, then I downsized them and noticed they were to small, sorry.

I think your right on. Mine don't have the deck. I still have the engine, back rims minus bad tires, seat was missing, plus box area it sat on. Thats a nice looking one you have. So you think the parts are worth holding onto? Are we talking in the mid to late 70's or newer?

The pics I put up were to make it easier to see but I don't own one sorry.

From what I can find out by doing a search they were made from the early/mid 90's thru early 2000's ?

I just did a search on Google - https://www.google.c...iw=1366&bih=653

Manuals here - Downloading Owners and Parts Manuals

Hope it helps Ron

What did you do with the Ariens 1028?

I'm looking for a gear case in good condition and a l.r. axel if you are going to junk it, or if anyone has these items pleas let me know.

Thanks,
Hooks234

I have one of these. It's a 1332. Very capable little mower.
