I doubt that, Casey. Hard to top that build and load.

Well, I finally got around to taking some pictures of the deck restored
and installed on the MF8E. I had to replace 1 idler pulley, and the bottom
seal of the gearbox. Other than that, it was a simple sandblast, prime, paint, and
reassemble.

That looks great, Will! Glad there weren't too many things to fix on it!
Ross, where the heck have you been? Good to see you posting again!

Hi Kenny,
Been fartin around with other stuff. Finally decided that I belonged to too many flippin dog related clubs and charities and resigned from most of em'. Took away too much of my tractor and wood shop time. "VBG"
Still thinking seriously about going to look at the MF7E that's listed on ebay.
Will, do you need the mower deck from it for your 7E?

Good to have you back Ross. Thanks, but no, I have a deck for my 7E.
I know a company, that could make up those axles needed, but my guess
is that they'd cost more than the tractor.

Will you do great work! Back last year when I was cruising the net, one of the MF's you restored helped fuel the flame that got me into these GT's. Thanks for sharing!

Gotta make a short road trip tomorrow morning. Buddy of mine called late this afternoon to tell me there's a MF sitting in his neighbors (4 miles away) yard for sale. He don't know what size or how much so I guess me and junior (Joe) will have to go take a look see..

I cut with it a couple of times last Sept, before the resto. It did a good job, and was easy to operate.
I didn't cut any grass with it last week. Just installed and tested. Couldn't stomach getting the trailer
queen dirty. Deck is off again, and hanging on the wall.

Will Great looking tractor and beautiful scenery to show it off in. Makes mine look like an ugly stepsister. Thanks for the pictures. Rick

Will, that's a beautiful restoration on the deck. No wonder you don't want to get it dirty.

If you're going to mow with it tho, you'll need to hook up the wheelbarrow cart... Full of those Canadians on ice. :)
