I'm gonna make a big effort to get there. It's a long haul, but
hey, I've done crazier things.

Very nice George, Thanks for taking the time to put the video together.

As was mentioned earlier, it was nice to see you in the tractor seat plowing this year !!

NOTE TO CANADIAN MEMBERS:

One of my ( our ) friends Gary, from Canada that has been to PA and NY plow days many times in the past, was questioned at the border early Friday morning while heading to the PA Plow Day and was denied US entry.

Gary was asked why he had a tractor and plow and where it was that he was heading. As in the past he told the boarder person that he was headed to PA Plow Days to plow some fields. Well this boarded person must of been a real jerk as he told Gary that he could not cross the boarder and would have to turn around and go home. When Gary asked why, he was told that he could not enter the US because he may be taking away a job that an American could have made money doing.

What a bunch of Bull Sheet this is !!!

I just wanted to make all of the Canadian Members that may try to cross for a plow day aware of this and the possability of it happening to then if you happen to get this same jerk at the bridge.

I am thinking that Gary should have just said that he was coming for a tractor show and left it at that !!

I sure hope no one else has this happen to them.

Ron, that is a shame that customs had to be that way. I really hope they get a grip and realize there are worse things one could do. I think sticking with the story of going to a tractor show is the way to go.

Ken,
Glad to see you joined up and like I said you are more then welcome here just as much as anyone. It also doesn't matter where you hang your hat at the end of the day it is all about learning, sharing and having fun. After all if you can't enjoy it then it isn't worth doing.

I guess Canadians should print out the plow day info to show the border patrol. Just in case. It would show it's not a job, but just for fun. Hard to believe they turned him away, but then there are those that love to nothing better than to be an A-hole.
