It appears it will be out in the concourse, not in on the show floor.

MisterBear started a thread a couple of days ago on this. http://gardentractor...tsman-gt-11399/

Seems rather strange to me as well. There are all kinds of LT/GT expos out there. Strange???

Doesn't look loader worth with those 3/4" spindles and that cast ? aluminium ? axle?
30 HP top forward - 8MPH ???? Should cut grass @ 18MPH with that HP. 3MPH reverse - at least they have safety in there mind for the less experienced "Tractor" operators. No mention of Ground Engagement equipment???????
Here is a write I found:

"For the first time ever, the North*American*International Auto Show will feature -- drum roll, engine rev -- a tractor.
It doesn't mean the NAIAS organizers are having trouble getting exhibitors, rather that Craftsman is one of the sponsors. And Porsche has nothing to worry about, as the CTX Tractor Series will be on display in the Cobo Center lobby, not the show floor.
"We do welcome them as a sponsor. It's more of a marketing relationship," explained auto show spokesman Joe Rohatynski. "They'll be on the concourse along with Hot Wheels, several universities, banks, the food court, the History Channel."
According to Craftsman, the CTX is "fully loaded with automotive-inspired features" (such as a carburetor-less starting system and cruise control).
"Because Detroit has given us great performing cars with best-in-class features, we think it is logical to bring a tractor to the auto show that does the same," said Kris Malkoski, vice president and general manager of the Craftsman brand.
Rohatynski sees the tractor as an automotive step-sibling, too.
"It does have four wheels and two cup holders and that's fact," he said.
The CTX, which debuts in stores next month, boasts a 30-horsepower Briggs & Stratton engine, which lets the driver go up to 8 m.p.h. forward and 3 m.p.h. in reverse, according to Craftsman."
