Tucker, I like the stake pockets/rub rail down the side (see it in pic 5). It looks great, but one suggestion... apply rust converter on your frame, axles, leafs, anything with rust under there and you will improve the look of your truck. And what isn't rusted, paint black!! lol

I know it doesn't look great with the rust on the frame but I want to do it right and I don't have the space or money right now. I've read reviews on different rust converters and it sounds like POR15 is one of the best. I still need to do a bit of rough preparation work and then dissembly, and then all the preparation for that coating specifically. Hopefully sometime down the road. I do agree though, it looks a lot better with a good looking frame. I would like to fix a few spots on the body and get new fenders. Then I want to get a good black paint job with all chrome mirrors, grill, headlight surround, ect. Also would like a steel flatbed. Maybe I should just get a different truck. lol

Next thing on the list, is gas tank filler tubes and F250 front coil springs. Maybe someday extra rear leafs but it has the factory helper on it which is great.

Well, I was waiting for an important phone call which came today, and I am waiting for my first outrageously huge insurance bill so I know how much money I have left to work with. Then do some traveling and find some type of work somewhere.

Sure, just loan me a couple hundred, and I'll see if I want to buy anything from you.

Just visit, I'm sure I can send you home with something, even if it's just to get rid of it, but you won't get the cream of the crop lol.

If you're looking for filler necks, you might check here. They have new and refurb'd ones, pretty reasonable if you've priced around for them.

Thanks for the link. I hadn't priced around for them. Wow , they are expensive. Wonder if I could find one in a junk yard.

Tucker, I have a set of helper springs I took off one of my trucks and they are just laying around. PM me with your address info and I'll send them up your way if you think you could use them.

I gave one of my local U-pull-it yards near me a call and they said there are a few F150's on the lot I could look on, and they the filler tube is 12 bucks. I little more in the range I was thinking of spending on one. I was going to go out there today but is COLD, and windy and snowing up a storm so I will stay inside. :D
