this is the lake in my back yard and i normally put the john boat in with the 4wheeler but the break cable had broke and i could not set the parking break so i tried the 400. believe this or not it pulled it out easier than the 4x4 4wheeler did i never slipped a tire. :worshippy1: the JOHN DEERE

Nice picture Gary. I'm not surprised it did the job as well as an ATV. More weight and lower gearing means less of a tendency to spin. Nice lake!

that's great news, good you got it out easily. BTW, did you ever catch the kids down by the pond who were doing hole-shots with something, damage is still visible in front of your tractor...

that would be me and the 4wheeler its still like that . i put the boat in there alot . huge crappie and bluegill in them waters

I gotta admit that is one thing I have never seen before was launching a boat with a garden tractor. You should nominate it for tractor of the month nominations going on now.

I'm glad you remembered the picture Gary, it is a good one. The marina we used to keep our boat at used two tractors to put in and take out the boats. The smallest was a compact ford. That 400 and the jon boat and trailer look like a natural team. Thanks Gary.
