I hope the Marine was not hurt, as for the assailant... That mustve been a 100 ft curb. Couldn't have happened to a nicer fella.

I'd say he got what he deserved. Too bad this doesn't happen to more criminals. Bad part is next thing you know the dumb*** crook will get a dumb*** lawyer and they will sue the store for a slippery dangerous walkway and then sue the Marines cause they didn't protect him from injury. ARGHHHH Too bad the Marines held back..... they do only have one job to do and they do it well.
