I found this bantam mower with front wheel drive it has a horizonal steering wheel. Could anyone tell me what year or model it might be?

I had the same thought as Jimbobbillyray when I first saw the photo. Looks like the Swisher Big Mow.  Thanks for the Photo's. Going to have to look at them again. Neat little mower!
