I am looking for a front end loader for a 1978 Massey Ferguson 1655. I have visited a few web pages and a Johnson loader seems to be the way to go. I cannot find anything for sale and cannot find model numbers, etc. to refine my search. Can anyone help or know of anything currently on the market??? Thanks.

Welcome to GTTalk. There are lots of MF guys on here including a few 1655/1855 owners. They should be able to give you some info shortly.

I have an older QuikWay loader off of a Massy that I would sell. Comes with the pump and controls for $600. If your interested let me know and I'll get some photos to you.

NUTNDUN has a 55 series with I believe a Johnson loader on it. Maybe it has a model number tag still attached. Mind you though, finding a bolt on model will be VERY difficult at best. I built my own to avoid the almost "Mission Impossible".

I was thinking the same thing and I'm guessing you would be hard pressed to build your own any cheaper if you didn't have used parts to start with , Al

I guess I need to make my decision quicker next time! Glad to hear you sold it. Anybody know of any others for sale?
