I purchased a snow blade for the old reliable and now I need to either make a cable or find a replacement. Does anybody have the length of the cable so that I could save some time measuring it out? I would appreciate any help. ( I don't have a cable for it so I can't measure it lol)

Thanks

Alot of times Bolens used different parts for each model. Could you possibly post a couple pictures of the tractor or a model number?
That way someone will be more likely to have an answer

The tractor is a 1958 RAM 220-01(i think that is the number) the motor is a k160. The number on the blade is A300B02. Hope this helps.

Looked in the Manuals section and couldnt find a manual for that model plow. I will have to take a look in my Bolens books tomorrow.

What is this cable exactly and what is it used for?

This is the lift cable that attaches to the plow and goes to the implement lift lever on the right side of the tractor. The 21531-03 is basically the same plow. The cable runs through a pulley that is factory mounted on the right side of the frame just below the engine.

Thanks
