Here is a raccoon I got from my trapper friend. This was a VERY old adult. The k9 teeth are all worn down and the molars are flat.

Very cool. I might try to use that process on the jaws of a shark that my nephew caught.

NO! Sharks dont have bones. They have cartilage. The cartilage will be damaged and will ruin the jaws. I don't know exactly how to do it, but I think you have to just dry them out and cut away the flesh.

That is EXACTLY what would happen if you tried to clean it like I clean my skulls. Now that I think of it, demisted beetles might work. But if you leave it in the beetle tank too long they will eat the cartilage also. Maybe RHT will chime in since he knows more then I do.
