Do you know what's more annoying than searching the classifieds on here to purchase an object ur lookin for (which is its purpose), and @ the bottom of almost every posting it says "sold"?? NOTHING!!- nothing is more annoying! I havent posted anything for sale here but isn't there a "remove post" option for the seller after the item is sold like on Craigslist?

I agree! I have deleted one page worth so far & will work more at this. Not quick to do as I have to go into each submission & do a 3 step thing to delete each "sold" listing. And I am just working on the "Tractors" list. This will take me some time.

Had to purge the "Wanted" section also. In reality, I must have just done almost 1,000 clicks!

I have searched for a way to remove my ads but could not find one. Perhaps I missed something?

I had to look for a bit to see how too. On the upper right, there is a spot "Product Options". Click on it and a drop box comes down. Click "Move/Delete", then scroll on down to bottom of page. You will see a box to check with "Delete Ad" to the right of the box. I will add these directions as a sticky to all the Classified sections.

Daniel,
When I click on "Product Options" there is no "Move/Delete". There is an "Edit Ad" option that I thought was only to edit the ad but all the way on the bottom of the "Edit Ad" page there is a line that says "If you want to delete this ad completely, check this box (CAREFUL - once it's gone it's gone) ".

Perhaps the Moderators and Members just have different screens.

Any way thanks for making me look a little harder since I do agree with plowboy on this one.

Well craps, then I'll need to remove my "how to delete" instructions I posted. Must be a glitch in the setup. Till it gets resolved, I'll just keep a close eye on the classified section & keep things purged.

Thanks Bill, that would be the way you would do it. My screen is different being a moderator, so tonight I will edit all my instructions per what you found. No time to do it now...gotta head out the door.
