Well I think I'm gonna try to kick this nasty habit again tomorow. I've been trying to cut back to about a pack a day for the past week and tomorow I think I'm gonna quit cold turkey. We'll see how it goes. This will be the 4th time to try to quit in the past 4 years. I can ussually make it to about day 4 and then I'm goin nuts:wallbanging:.

Wish me luck.

Sit down and make a list of all the REASONS you want to Quit. Then every time you think about lighting up go over the reasons. Cause you will want one all the time for awhile. GOOD LUCK if the mind is set you CAN DO IT

Well bad news, I did have 1 smoke so far today. I know it won't be easy to to but I'll get this habit kicked sooner or later. Thing is I really enjoy it and am not completely ready to quit yet but I have slowed down alot I was up to about 2 packs a day but am back down to a pack or less now so I guess thats progress.

Thanks for the support guys.

I'm just below 2 packs/day. Every time I cut back to 1 pack/day, I slowly creep right back up. When you're ready to drop them, they say you WILL. I hope to come to that point pretty soon.
