Drove the 1855 around the yard today for the first time, the onan sounds and runs great. It moves out pretty good in high range! I had to put new tires front and rear so I painted the wheels while they were off, I bought turfs from TSC for the front and Sedona mud rebel 26x12x12 atv tires for the rear. I think I'm really gonna like this tractor.

mikebramel, this massey was on the Buffalo NY craigslist about a month ago, I just happened to take a break from yardwork and checked the listings and there it was. The guy said I was the first caller, that never happens to me. I went to look at it in the dark but the guy had it lit up pretty well with work lights, he even helped load it on the trailer with his loader tractor because it was pretty hard to move with four flat tires. I got it running, the three point is strong, mid lift works and it has a deck and a rototiller but the tiller is a 650 which fits mf 10 or mf12's which is OK because I have a mf12! The sheetmetal is very straight, just needs paint, a seat and some TLC.

Nice! Looks pretty darn good. At least you have the deck to get some seat time on it.
